  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your child’s clothing arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.

Inspection & Approval Process

  • Quality Review: Our team will inspect the item within 72 hours to ensure it meets our return standards.
  • Status Update: You will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Original Payment Method: All refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed by us within 10 business days.
  • Bank Processing: Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect the refund on your statement.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only a partial refund may be granted, including:
