Organic Spring Arrivals

A Montage of Renee’s Spring 2016 Collection

Dear Friends,

Organic. Fundamental. Original. Of the earth. That’s how this spring’s fashions at Renee’s are shaping up. Robin Kaplan, Designs by Sonia jewelry, Trippen shoes (discussed on yesterday’s post here), and more evoke nature through color, shape, style and function. Take a look at our latest arrivals. Do you agree?

Robin Kaplan‘s luscious tulle and silk, enticing french lace and Italian wools are hand dyed and embellished to create soft, romantic dressing for the woman with individual and alternative style.

This silk organza outer layer and tulle inner layer is hand dyed in a soft neutral earthy organic palette. Paired with Silver capri jeans here.

Italian wool and tulle is hand dyed by Robin Kaplan in a vivid clover-green color. Paired with NYDJ distressed boyfriend jeans.

Robin Kaplan‘s Italian wool is green like spring!

Designs by Sonia jewelry, from the Netherlands, features recycled Italian leather, antique brass rings, rare glass beads and silk.

Designs by Sonia

Our latest jewelry arrival is Designs by Sonia. Designer Vaneesha Advani says her jewelry is, like today’s modern woman, strong, simple, ageless, elegant and subdued. Designs by Sonia enhances any outfit. This organic jewelry is striking, artistic, and uncommon.

Designs by Sonia bracelets in white, olive and black. Distressed metal clasps keep these bracelets on your wrists.

Alembika, from Israel, pairs strong architectural shapes with modern colors and prints.

Take work up a notch with this sheer button front tunic. Neutral palette and geometric print create true versatility.

Nic+Zoe is back. “Nic and Zoe’s customer is confident and busy. From attending meetings to lunching with friends and picking up the kids, she’s active in her community. NIC+ZOE takes her through a busy day and into the evening,” says Dorian Lightbown, the woman behind the brand and the designs.

Personally, I like Nic+Zoe colors! I also appreciate a collection of items that go together for an uncomplicated, quick way to get dressed. No thinking necessary.

PJ Salvage is sooo cute for spring. PJ Salvage transcends generations; teenagers through grandmas love wearing PJ Salvage. With a company philosophy of “Fashion and comfort 24/7,” you can’t go wrong with this brand.

Known for using luxury fabrics and chic patterns, PJ Salvage transformed sleep wear into street wear. Not just for the bedroom, wear PJS vacationing in the tropics. Lounge in your suite in comfort and style. It’s polished enough to run to the cafe, and comfy enough to wear as jammies. I’m always impressed with how charming AND reasonably priced this line is.

‘Tis the season for new arrivals. Banana Blue is designed in Australia. This spring the collection is all about stylish linen. The collection comes together around an abstract white, navy and brown print.

Vintage Watering Can Windows

Finally, I can’t help mentioning our new spring window displays. Vintage watering cans decorate our windows. You need to come by simply to see the artistry, creativity and thought put into the windows. Yvonne, the window designer, has a real talent for eye-catching and inviting displays. She has all the props, too.

I wish I could take away the glare so you could really see these displays.

Vintage watering cans hang from the ceiling. Bunny rabbits adorn the floors.

Thank you, Yvonne! <3
